A network of algebraic topologists from Nantes, Paris 13 and Strasbourg
has been awarded a grant for a three year project 'HGRT: New links
between homotopy theory, group theory and representation theory',
starting 1 January 2009, funded by the ANR (Agence National de
Recherche). Details of the activities of the project will be made
available on the website http://www.math.univ-paris13.fr/~alg-top/hgrt.

Within the framework of this project, a limited number of post-doctoral
positions are expected to be available from Fall 2009; priority will be
given to candidates whose interests are closely related to one of the
principal themes of the project (the latter are indicated on the
website). Anyone interested in the possibility of applying for one of
these positions should write to hgrt at math.univ-paris13.fr; further
details will be made available on the website.

Scientific Committee:
Lionel Schwartz (Paris 13) - Director of the project
Vincent Franjou (Nantes)
Hans-Werner Henn (Strasbourg)
